crap vans i would not have one:Rofl1::Rofl1:
Had one of the older ones Dave,it was OK but not as well put together as the German makes. Perhaps they are better now.
good well built vans, solid as a rock, which one you looking at dave?
Have you had one for long? Looking at both German and French vans, long given up on Brit ones, they all lack vision...
You still in Gods country?
I think Joy has an Autostratus, Dave.
had mine about four years, never had a problem with the build or the base,i looked for about six month's for this van,as a swift has the same layout but the build is not good to say the least, the newer elddis not so good:Sad:
every thing about my van is just solid,a credit to the builders:thumb:
Our Autostratus ek has now done 8 euro trips including N W Spain and Germany, longest was 8 weeks. Ok, the 2.5 d is not exactly a flier(hills are slow fully loaded) but we only chug along anyway and its economical to run and service. Everything works (pumps heating electrics,) its comfortable enough for 2 and a dog (even 3) and it does a solid job. And it doesn't leak whatsoever, we have an annual hab check.
We like it. No, its not a Rapido or Hymer but frankly for the price, we are well pleased considering we spend nearly 4 months a year living in it. A good van imop. Well put together and reliable for the money.
Which ones are you on about pre 2003 or after I have the new (then) 2003 stratus RG. Elddis had 4 modles then; all since discontinued.
Nah boyo, got deported on Thursday, I couldn't understand the yokels and they couldn't understand me. Thinking of returning shortly with my number 2 passport.
Hope to see ya next week.:thumb:
