EBERSPACHER D2 AIRTRONIC - Diesel Heater (1 Viewer)

Tried to use the Espacher D2 Heater in our Symbol this weekend but it's failing to fire up. The fan works fine but the heater doesn't. Anyone any idea's ?

As I hadn't use the heater for many months I was thinking that maybe
the diesel in the pipes was the summer variety and had waxed up.
Is this plausable ?

Hi Zozzer,

Have you tried disconnecting the fuel pipe at the heater unit or on the heater side of the pump?
If you can hear the pump operating (loud ticking) when the heater is turned on, then you should be able to see the diesel pumping through.
