What's everyone doing ?
Were driving up to Tan Hill Inn, Friday morning. The highest pub in G.B. We shall have a good walk , a nice rib eye steak in the MH, last couple of meals there have been a bit iffy, then spend the night drinking some real ale in the pub. Dog friendly, btw, just make sure your dog is ok with sheep in close proximity. There's usually one knocking about the bar.
Then Saturday we'll drive to Pately Bridge , staying on a temp holiday site with CCC. They do. An annual duck race , and Easter egg hunt , if you have kids with you. Great place Pately. Lovely butchers good chippy , ok curry house, nice pub that lets dogs in. It also does ok pub food. Oldest sweet shop in GB . Stock up on cherry lips and floral gums. Ralph on his liquorice for his home brew.
Then we will come home Monday afternoon.
Anyone else going to Pately ? It's a huge field , you don't have to book . They usually do a car boot too.
We will take our funster flag . So if you see it flapping and your there, come give us a knock ! :thumb:
We may have one or two of our teens with us. Which will be a nice change. Ones in Tenerife so there won't be 3. But it might just be us and the dogs.
Either way have a good Easter and dont make your self sick on choccy. :thumb:
