Found this "Motor/H Point" while at the coast for a few days last week.(We have been going since '09..

If you Google it,and look down the pics,you can see the dump point,by the fuel pumps,there are two water taps and i was assured,that they BOTH delivered Aqua Potable..BUT. I would take the hose off whichever one i would use,because they are low down and.....
This is about 2 miles inland from Praia de Mira on the coast,this is where we chill out...Whenever.... as its only an hour away. There is an "Aire" if you leave the main beach/cafe area south bound and follow the coast road south,about 1 mile on your right,by an old Football ground. NO facilities!
Check out this clip (If it makes the journey) As you pan south (Sea on your right) you can just about make out the Aire at 0.26-0.29.

And a very nice area indeed.

Praia de Mira is a very popular camping area, as with Praia da Vagueira (just North) or my own favourite, Castelo Do Bode (near Tomar)

We used it last year, very handy and there are washing machines there too.
