Ducato remote locking not working (1 Viewer)

are there any threads on here regarding ducato remote locking not working we have a 2011 fiat, don't think it's the key as we have both remotes and neither of them operate the doors or alarm.

Have you checked the batteries in them ?

No not yet we are in France seemed a bit odd that neither of them work and the main key stopped working instantly after I locked the van

I had a problem with my Ducato based van last year, the remote would not lock the doors, it turned out the be a problem with the wiring in the trunking of the habitat door, they had perished, it was an easy fix and not too costly. Hope you get your problem sorted soon.
