Ducato 2008 Air Vent (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
I'm a newbie and I have a CI Carioca 694 Fiat Ducato chassis 2008 model. My question to all those learned people: How do I remove the centre air vents from the dash?. I bought the van recently and didn't notice the vent adjustment tab was missing. I have since bought a replacement from ebay and I need to exchange the unit. But how do I get the original one out?
