    Based on what?

    Guilty conscience?
DRM means digital rights management to me. So what are these tools for? DRM is to prevent unauthorised copying. Not that I really care what you are up to. I just don't like cryptic posts! :D

    1. Maybe Mr ShiftZZ, rather than being a pirate, is actually looking for pirates!

After all... only pirates would know of good, easy and free DRM REMOVAL tools.

    2. Maybe Mr ShiftZZ has some content he wishes to protect and is seeking good, free and easy to use DRM tools to do so.

Things are not always what they seem to be at first sight.

    Just some thoughts of mine...

Had you considered that I have been asked to make a film using my Drone and I didn't want it being copied by everyone?

You don't like cryptic posts either and I resent being called a pirate.

I was surprised you did not get a comment about the use of abbreviations.

Extract from the rules for prevention of collisions at sea (better known as colregs) - the similarities are very clear. Never assume anything when you don't know the full story......... Hoping Callum will back me up on this one (y)

    Rule 7 (c)
    1. Assumptions shall not be made on the basis of scanty information, especially scanty radar information.

If we didn't make wild assumptions it would be very boring here. Should have explained it the first time.:) Or have a sense of humour transplant. Stop taking life so seriously.

Keep trying to dig yourself out of that hole......... ;)

    A reasonable assumption - yes
Wild assumption followed by what was effectively an accusation - no

Sense of humour ? We all have one but nobody likes being falsely accused based on jumping to the wrong conclusion.(y)

This it how the thread should have gone:

Anyone know any good free DRM tools?

    You pirate!

Oi! I want it to copyright a video I've made with my new toy and don't want scrotes like you copying it!

    Oh, sorry about that!

The above is a Fun exchange between grown-up folk.

I feel all Funsters are free to post in whatever style they choose...

and I doubt I would make many friends nor add to the Fun by telling others how they should post and answer posts.

Methinks your right, but fishing in a goldfish bowl is not very sporting. A bit like spot the Jew in a synagogue.

Me thinks calling me a thief is not funny.

I try and keep the fun stuff to the U shaped lounge, I do try and be serious on the other bits.
