    Hi all
After reading few threads about the Double Skillet, we decided to take the chance and to order from their website. Ordered 10th June, payed through PayPal and please to report that we got it today.

    Why do you need one??

Either you have a wife who can cook, or the chippie is closed???:Wink:

Double Skillet, it's almost become a regular like the A-Frame, Gassing and Grey Waste threads.

I am delighted it seems to be up and running again...

Must start to think about replacing the two sets I have been using for years.

Brilliant you can use it for all sorts of things, even jacket spuds, not quite the same as in the oven but a very useful tool all round

I ordered and paid on October 23rd. I've tried emailing Frances Fouldes and get no reply. I have now tried contacting through paypal. I think over two weeks without any communication is TAKING THE PISS.
I have recommended she either delivers or closes the website

I have had to escalate to a paypal dispute now as the seller will not respond at all.

Hard to believe that a product with this reputation has not been picked up by another company

Bought one in Spain for 28€ , over there it is called a tortilla pan, same size as large one 9.5 inches, does not have a glass lid, but otherwise does the same as the UK twice the price one.

The double skillet will soon be joining the realms of A-frames, grey water and gassing to say nothing of which SIM to use in France. :)

I love my double skillet, being without oven as we are. I just wish Techno had managed to get us another one; ours is the big one and he was trying to get the smaller size for us :(
