Be nice to know what's happening with these. Our original is still in good condition. All we ever did was replace the original diffuser with a nicer stainless one.
The only cooking pans in the van are the double skillet and a small saucepan. Nothing else required ... except a spare DS (y)

Not exactly the same but does the same job as the original.

@Dee 123 they don't look like the originals and can't see them working like the originals either.. no glass lid.. too shallow .. the seal between pans? Diffuser? Removable handles?
Hold out for the real ones.

They're not.
It's a 'tortia pan'
We bought one while looking for a Double Skillet.
It's much shallower and has curved sides and fixed handles.
It's a good bit of kit for what it's intended for but not as good or versatile as the Double Skillet

The ones I got are not the original ones that was on sale here in the uk. I am satisfied with the ones I bought and am able to cook a complete roast etc and found it quicker than using my electric cooker at home

So what!!! i can assure you i have made all sorts of meals from them without the glass lid, a seal between the pans or the diffuser.

Awesome!!! ... but it's not a double skillet... and doesn't do the same job in the same way..
Anyone can cobble something together.. but a double skillet is uniquely versatile.

Good news..... The double skillets are on their way to us and we are expecting them on our shores around the end of July, if not before, as they have to go through customs etc the web site will be up and running shortly with payment details.

No need to carry separate set of pans.
No need to carry Remoska.
No need for EHU.

Richard, I hope my name is on your list as well  mine has been put to good use this year and going strong. I can see the benefits of having another one so that I can do some double, double skillet cooking ::bigsmile:

@richard foks said earlier that he wasn't compiling a list. He will post link to a website when the pans are available to buy.
