Hi my MH has one of these alarms fitted to one of the locker doors.
the only sign of any branding at all are the letters "HR" on its front.
i am after some more of these alarms as the other brands of similar design that i have seen have had a switch on them to turn them off as opposed to the version that i have which you turn of by inserting the plastic key which is pictured beside it , or ofc like all the others with the window magnet.
So anyone know the make or know where i could get some more , or others with i similar design ( no the switch ones like millenco.
p.s ignore the black thing beside it , thats just a magnet

Yep, definitely a personal attack alarm. We had a box at work to hand out to the female check-in staff, that was a few years ago. Try ebay.

ok but if its a personal alarm then how come it also has a magnet on it as well as the pull out pin/key
ill try and describe the best way it works
as long as the plastic key is inserted into it then the alarm will not go off ( just like a personal attack alarm )
if you pull the pin out of it , then the alarm goes off ( just like a personal attack alarm )
However where it is different than a personal alarm is that while the alarm is going off , you are able to stop the alarm by TWO ways
method 1 - reinsert the key
method 2 - replace the magnet beside it again ( this magnet is attached to one of my lockers on the MH so to arm it , i remove the key ( which makes the alarm go of ) , i then close the locker door and the alarm stops again due to the magnet which is mounted on the inside of the door.
so as soon as a burglar opens the door ( or anyone ) the alarm will sound unless you re close the door , or insert the plastic key into it.
i did not think personal alarms worked via magnets as well did they ?

hope that makes sense
