Just got a new Autotrailer Apachy 700. Traveling for 2 weeks now. Thule doorstep decides not to go in when pressing button but it makes a noize as it would when normally working. Have to push in by hand otherwise can't drive. Plus switch off main switch board otherwise alarm goes continuously when engine on for when we want to leave. Not sure what to do to get it workingagain. Any suggestions welcome. We are in Spain otherwise eill have to look for a Fiat garage. Ciao

Can you trace the fuse, it may have blown.

If a replacement fuse also blow's it seems a return to supplier is required.

As you are in Spain, contact supplier, and get his agreement to refund your cost's for purchasing a "caravan step" to use until you can return to supplier.

many many years! since I was a kid
sounds like the steps gearbox has failed, which is a common problem. there is a kit available to repair it and its fairly simple diy. if not you need a motorhome workshop or engineer, not a fiat garage
