Our van has a FAP outer door lock woth a FAWO cylinder which like of the other locks on the van is on the way out. I have changed most of the others to FAP cylinders which are a direct replacements for the FAWO. The problem with the door lock is that there seems to be no way to get the cylinder out without a special tool which I cannot find. Any suggestions?

Bump. FAWO, FAP, all sounds gibberish to me.
