if you mean a Fiat petrol I believe the biggest was a 1.9ltr so dont go out of Lincolnshire and Norfolk or you may come to some hills.

Under 3 or 4 litre LPG isnt worth the installation expense....you'll never get a payback period.

You will need engine, gearbox, mountings altered, exhaust and mountings, driveshafts and hubs, electrics rewired including a different ECU, different clutch cable and maybe pedal box, different fuel tank (for some reason diesel and petrol takes are different).....then an LPG Conversion.

my last van was a 1.9 ducato no problems with that
engine mount the same
no modification to tank
clutch cable same
re wire not needed just sum slight modifications
drive shafts hubs same no modifications
exhaust yes will need front pipe and clamp coming with the engine
and lpg conversion kit all I will need is sum copper pipe then a inspection after installation I think that as I am changing the lot it will be worth the expense
ok may lose a bit in torque
BUT IN NO HURRY TO GET WHARE I AM GOWING
but will gene as in LEZ GAS @ 66P LTR

sorry Bill......

Ducato 2.5 turbo diesel = 106bhp and 174ftlb torque
Ducato 2.0 petrol =108bhp and 124ftlb torque.

Thats 50ftlb or almost 1/3 reduction in torque.

As I said...stay in Norfolk.
