What to take is one question, where to stow it is another. As a general rule heavy stuff like all that wine etc should be as low down as possible. Lighter stuff like Tupperware and clothes can go in high lockers.

First-aid kit, human and dogs, real books, not into Kimble's, waste bin liners, foil, for lining cooking tins, grill pan, easy to wash then, note-pads plenty of pens, stamps if writing home, Torch preferably two, plus spare batteries, for walking the dog out in the dark etc., poo bags, only if you have a dog/dogs. a long line for on site to tether dog. dog blankets and beds, cool / hot pouches in case of accidents or injury, hot water bottle, aspirin / paracetamol just in case.

The boss takes sweeetcure bacon, Clover, Tetley tea bags, Heinz salad cream, Walkers cheese and onion crisps, baked beans. That's just on a day trip
Not really, we did a month last year but we do miss sliced loaves, theirs are too sweet.

Although there are certain items we would never take (eg stuff for dogs as we don't have one now) almost everything others have mentioned (except perishables eg bacon, tea bags etc and current medication) actually stay in the van so don't have to be remembered separately every trip.

But even so - something to write with and on - blank paper and me crossword book(s) - pens, pencils and a pencil sharpener and an eraser, a few foldback clips/paperclips and a mini stapler, a few elastic bands. Post it notes are also useful and of course a few supermarket receipts to fold up neatly and use as bookmarks in All the Aires LOL

Plus a pack of playing cards and the crib board !

Now your talking. For the bike I have a detailed list and one version lists what goes in what bag, not that I can ever find anything for the first week of a trip.

But as you've shown interest here (with a quick copy and paste) is my packing list for say a week or so camping in Europe in summer on my bike:

2 Rear panniers.
2 Front panniers.
Bar bag - map case, lip salve, camera, Nexus 7 Tablet, bike lock, E-Werk and cache battery, bag of USB cables etc. wet wipes, sun cream, phone, wallet, passport.
Front pocket of bar bag – zip ties, spare inner tube, pump, paper handkerchiefs, more wet wipes
Personal Kit:
2 prs cycling shorts.
1 pair leg warmers
1 short sleeve cycling shirt
2 long sleeved cycling shirts
1 short sleeve casual shirt
1 shorts, off-bike
1 long trousers, off-bike
1 swim trunks
2 underpants
1 long sleeve merino vest (for sleeping in)
Lt Wt long johns (for sleeping in)
2 prs cycling socks.
2 pairs waterproof socks
Cycling sandals or shoes. If sandals socks not required.
Waterproof over-shoes
Helmet. (In France I probably wouldn't take this.)
Helmet cover.
Waterproof jacket
Waterproof over-trousers.

This list needs revisiting as I want to get rid of my front panniers and use a frame bag. This will force me to carry less but the more storage space you have the easier it is to carry stuff you really don't need for summer camping in Europe. "Stuff" equals "Weight". Bit like MHs really, the more storage space you have the more things you find to put in it.
