Sorry if this is stating the obvious but have you checked the fuse in the plug?

Hi. The fridge light works on electric and therefore assume that fuse is okay.
Thanks for prompt feedback.

Hi. The fridge light works on electric and therefore assume that fuse is okay.
Thanks for prompt feedback.

The fridge light is normally 12vdc.. not mains.

If it was working normally on mains beforehand, and you have proved or are sure that the 23ov mains is present at the fridge, then it is probably the 230v element that has blown..
this can easily be checked if you have a multi meter and know how to use it .. otherwise it's a dealer job to check and if required replace the element.

I had a similar problem this year with my Electrolux AES fridge. After checking the element it was the control box that was up the duff. 345 Euros for a new one in Spain :xangry:.

not long enough
ours does some daft things sometimes when left on auto selection, have to turn to off and back on, but I am using you have moved yours around to know what it doesn't work on

How do you know it is not working on electric

Other thing, as above, have you confirmed you have mains to MH, (200V+) we had a hook up that only had 65V which I had to check myself when told the post has worked for everybody else (I don't think so)

when plugged in initially, it was working fine. A day or so later we noticed the freezer compartment had defrosted and the fridge section was not as cool.
Am assured that this campsite has 230v and 16amp supply.
Thanks all.
