Is there a cheap supplier for Dometic Spares. Just cheeked online for a door catch for a Dometic Tech Tower with the curved door and a replacement door catch is £32. Looks like I will be making my own more rubust version.

I found the same rip off situation and had to make my own and it was a vast improvement on Dometic's

Hi Andy are you sure the catch has broken and not just the plastic cover over it, that's what happened to ours and I glued It back together. :thumb: Bob.

Two of the small ears have broken of the slider and the flat plate that I think provides the friction is also split. The problem seems to be that the lock was designed for a flat door and then modified to suit the curved door. This means that the part you hold to lock the door is not supported, so any force downwards is all taken by the small ears that then break off.
I am waiting to here from dometic if there is a solution.
