Some years ago there was a letter in one of the magazines which started with Rule 1 the dogs will sleep in their cage, in the awning. It ended many stages later with something along the lines of "the humans will ask the dogs permission to use the van"
We'd love to find a copy of this or something similar to display in our van in an effort to train the human servants.
