Hi
Do we have a list of dog friendly pubs here?
Have tried some of the national sites but sometimes think that local knowledge is better
My local 3 horse shoes leamside Co Durham allows dogs in the bar
but doesn't appear on any list
I was looking for one near Eastwood Notts (where you might also get some food maybe in the bar)
Thanks
Barry

Obviously some don't apparently, but we haven't found one yet where ever we've been, we just go where ever and ask. If we find one that doesn't it'll be thier loss frankley.

Same as Dodgey. We now tend to look for Pub Camp Sites. They tend to be the smaller type. A pub with a spare field at the back. All of the ones that we have been to are dog friendly.

Try looking in the book" Pets Welcome" not sure if is available on line but you could request it from your local library. We used to advertise in it when we ran a small village inn on the North Yorkshire moors and after 10 years 95% of our bookings were families with dogs.

DOGGIE PUBS - Dog friendly pubs where pets are welcome

Take a look at this site also just found it by dooing a google search-seems to have a lot listed -Sue:shout:
