Hi, first time motorhoming in France, just getting to grips with Aires and things. Eventually we have ended un at a fab Aire in Broglie 'page 419 in the Aires book'.

Problem is where next, boss can't walk far at present as she has hurt her foot.

We are looking for places to stop 'dog friendly' near beaches as we trundle down the west coast, any ideas gratefully accepted.

Cheers Baz

All the beaches in France are dog friendly, as far as I know. Maybe a few Med ones ban dogs but others don't.
Head for Montalivet les Bains--2 Aires, one is right next to the beach, which is stunning. . Village has shops and restaurants, daily food market and large Sunday market. Aire next to beach €5. P.n. No elec. Aire in Avenue d'Europe €8 p.n if someone collects it inc elec.
Arcachon is a great area too, further south , and hopefully mosquitoes will be gone.

Enjoy your trip.

Allee les Bains, Le Verdon sur Mer. The Aire is across the road from the beach, short walk to Leclerc and a couple of bar/restaurants on the beach which were quite nice. I think it was 8 euros a night last year.
