    Holsworthy ish Roger,

    John, Pug 2.2 120bhp, lwb, A roads/Mways sticking to 50/60Mph,
only lightly loaded, no water/waste, no dogs (thats saves 60-70Kgs).

Either that or can you tell me the tank capacity?

    Cheers

Most vehicles are designed to accommodate a comfortable 400 to 500 miles if driven sensibly regardless of size. The size of the fuel tank being entirely related.

Ah I see must be getting old I thought it might be Portable Veteran Carrier :Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1::Rofl1:

well with so many panel vans to choose from I guess it boils down to weigh/hp, is there an average PVC or an average van or even average fuel tank size. Who the hell knows

yup.. that's why RV tanks hold 70+ gallon , at least mine did.. at 14mpg that's a range of nigh on 1,000 miles.

when you fill that beauty up you need a bank loan

50-58mph, 26-30mpg 90 liter tank. No idea how much I get per tank but I would guess just over 500. I try to fill the tank when it gets to half way when doing long journeys. Ran out on a French Motorway once. Never again.

My 2.2 boxer has a 70 litre tank and has been known to do 500 but at least 400 if I'm getting a move on.
My 1.6 petrol berlingo and the wifes 1.4 pug 207 will all do similar
