My next door neighbor is having a clear out prior to moving:

Discovery 4 bike carrier has to go on a square tow plate not a swan neck.

Never fitted brand new.

Carrier currently in the Reading area but we will be at Bagwell & Norden should the deal be done, we could transport it.
