differences in awnings (1 Viewer)

we need to replace our omnistor awning in the not too distant future and are thinking about getting one with a safari room. is there much difference between omnistor and fiamma awnings apart from the patterns? is there a quality or major price difference? any thoughts or recommendations welcome

I am obviously biased being a Fiamma stockist, only thing I would say that if you have Fiamma, advice and spares are readily available from us.

As you dont give any details of the size or the motorhome, check our website for prices etc

Hi Hannah
We have a roll out awning with a safari room on the rv by 'The Awning Company' which is really great, BUT it's very heavy because the walls are a heavy duty white plastic-ish material and its quite big. On pitches where you do have room to put it out it's so useful, especially in the rain, but a lot of sites are iffy because of the size and you have to think weight when travelling and also space because it packs into five different bags and has quite sturdy legs. Very easy to zip together though and cool in hot weather.
I think some of the modern ones are much lighter but maybe not as robust.
