We are going from Newhaven-Dieppe in July,we have a 5am ferry back from Dieppe, anybody know where we can park up for the night nearby? any info would be great.

Hi samany, there is an aire next to the ferry port. We have used it a couple of times and have found it to be safe. Cost was €7 per night. You can see the aire on the following link.

There is a commercial dock which consists of two basins, one beyond the other. now only used by fishermen and largely deserted. We parked right alongside the dock, (there is a massive area that must have been a lorry park at one time. Fishing from my front step, hee hee. no problems, no charge. the outer dock is full of the largest mullet I have ever seen so take fishing tackle.
