Since July 2011!
Has anyone else had a problem with the door falling off. Well, not quite off, but the hinges cracking and bending. The door is hinged on four small kitchen cabinet type hinges which are not up to the job. I replaced them last season and again this year I've noticed them bending. I took the drastic step of replacing them again and adding another three, which makes the door look as though it's had a previous life on a safe in Fort Knox. Maybe I drive too fast on bumpy roads but I feel I can't be the first to come across this problem.
Am I alone, in which case I shall have to learn to be a bit steadier, or has anyone else come across this problem and found an elegant solution?
Oh, and please, no toilet humour!

Mine is a rear wash room and the door is central to the van.
No issues with it moving, dropping or anything and since I have clip over coat hangers on it with coats, towels, rainwater drying etc on it, it's under stress.
