Has anyone removed there rear bumper for any reason ? I noticed this evening mines trying to escape,on the passenger side. It looks like a few screws hold this and a bit of glue/mastic or sikaflex type stuff. The screws are not or don't appear to be holding. Any ideas tips or hints ? As always be gratefully appreciated thanks

Sorry I can't help without looking at it, but I'm sure there'll be someone along who can :)

just had mine off for a repair, self tappers through two plastic ‘bobbins’ either side, a self tapper behind each brake light and indicator plus a blob of sikafix under them and two self tappers behind the number plate. Be carefull, the plastic is quite brittle and a new bumper is £1500.

Dear Jockaneezer, where did you get the 'unrealistic £1,500 figure from' ?
