I guess that only applies to a Spanish driving licence. For a UK licence there are differences, for example the bit about 125cc motorcycles.

Nope!
We have a 125cc scooter - I have a full bike licence but missus BD only has a car licence. As she has held it over 3 years she can ride it with no restrictions - insured and all above board(y)

......when I let her!!!

I follow this group on another site and it's quite informative, especially if you visit or live in Spain on a regular basis. It has been set up by Guardia Civil officers.

Not long enough, but a little common sense helps..........
I think I will risk it in March(y)
Chris, there is a high chance you will get away with it, but on the other hand you might not and it's a really large fine. We were out the other day and saw a total of 6 "A-frames" on the AP7 on our way towards Alicante 3 of which were UK regs. As they say the choice is yours..........

Although it is very informative & quotes the laws correctly it really only applies to where it is , up Torrevieja way. Go next door to me in Almeria & they'll interpret the same laws in a different way . At the end of the day the run of the mill Guardia officer is told by the head cook & bottle washer what today's interpretation of whatever he has read ,is.

Only with triangles placed correctly :)

Would you like to buy one ?:) they sell them here .(y) I kid you not. They do have the rider added on the ads stating that they are not homologated for use in Spain.:ROFLMAO: I often wonder whether they sell any ?
