HI
I HAVE ONE IN COMPANY CAR AND MH EBAY 9.99 DEL WORK GREAT HAS NIGHT
VISION YOU HAVE TO BUY A SD CARD WORKS ON 5 MIN LOOP PAUL
I suppose you get what you pay for.
The Roadhawk records in 20 minute segments which it stores for easy finding later.
It continues to store segments until the card is full then begins overwriting old files.

Depending on SD card size you could have 8 hours or more of saved data.

We bought the MEG mini0801HD from joovuu.

It came with an 8gb micro-SC card and GPS. We fitted a 32gb card.

Currently it has been updated to 0803 and now 0805 version.

It's hard wired into the car and operates daily. We saved much of the Carpentras trip to hard drive.

I have one of the cheap ones and it works on the same principle. Every 5 minutes it saves what it has recorded and moves on to the next file. It continues to store until the card is full and then overwrites the oldest ones. Just like yours but shorter segments. And I have a 32Gb card which records over 8 hours before it is full. So you have up to 8 hours after the incident to save it.

Ours runs all the time the ignition is turned on. It is fed from the courtesy
light feed in the passenger sun visor through a 5V regulator.
