I know there has been a lot of posts about dab radio aerials I have fitted the stick on windscreen aerial to the motorhome but today I have fitted a dab radio to the Toyota aygo tow car as the standard radio stopped working.
I have used one of these Broken Link Removed it will only work on a non amplified aerial but the performance on the aygo is excellent I think it is picking up more stations than my brand new skoda Octavia I might try one on the motorhome next as the windscreen one is honestly not that good just thought I would share this

Thanks for posting, will give that some consideration to get round my DAB aerial problem. Just wondering if Ford ever fitted a DAB radio as an option in the Transit ? In which case the standard aerial "may" be suitable to use with your splitter. Maybe Ford would fit a splitter if they were fitting a DAB radio ?
