The oven in our motorhome won't stay on for much more than a couple of minutes. It has been suggested that I may have a problem with the thermo coupling (whatever that is).
Is this a DIY job or will I have to book into a dealer somewhere to have it fixed?

It indeed sounds like the thermo coupler, If you can get the oven out easy enough, then its a fairly simple thing to change, It goes from the gas valve into the pilot flame, its a safety device that keeps the gas valve open as long as there's a flame to warm it up. (if the flame goes out, it cools down and shuts the gas supply off).

You can get a universal one from most diy places for about 6 - 10 pounds.
    And very easy to fit.

If the one you buy is to long just coil it up :)
