On a more serious note your van has been in storage since the end of November. I am no expert but would suspect a total discharge of the battery.

It's morning and we're still here.:thumb:

No smell and offline battery now stone cold.

Now to hunt replacements. :cry:

Are the batteries the originals that came with the van? If so, as you've got a Hobby, they will be gel. Not sure if gel batteries actually gas in the same way as wet batteries? - someone on here will know. :Smile:

I swapped the gel batteries on my Hobby for wet ones. You can fit a 110Ah wet battery in the same space as an 80Ah gel one. If you do the same be sure to vent them to the outside - and change the switch on the charger to the wet setting. :Smile:
