Can any of you funsters suggest safe overnight stopovers in Cotswolds. Does Gloucester council allow overnighting in their car parks?

since 2007, 25 years tuggin before that.
Not quite the cotswolds but near is Abingdon Town FC on bridge st.
We use it a lot, barriered car park, no frills & bar on site, but safe & handy for pubs takeaways etc. Or a lovely stroll along the Thames towpath.
The owner (Tom) has an RV, & the £3 they charge goes to the club funds.
We will be using it again on wednesday night on our way to France.

hired a few, now own, so a semi-newbie :-)
On the West side of the Cotswolds in Witney there is Cogges Farm Museum Car Park. there's 2 in there at the mo :) also have been known to park in Woodland Way Car Park, Just opposite the Multi story car park.
Can give more detail if wanted.
