Obviously written by a PC geek and directed at PC geeks as I have no idea what he is on about!!
1. Defragmentation. Writes about it but not HOW to do it!!
2. Carry out a "disc cleanup"" again, how???
2. Checkdisc CHKDSK?? again nothing to indicate what to do with it.
Am I missing out on something

Double click COMPUTER. If you right click C drive and click PROPERTIES they are under Tools.

But, if it works, don't fix it.

defrag and disc cleanup-start button-all progs-accessories-system tools. Choose the one you want.

CHKDSK-start button-search panel,type in CHKDSK
