We take our two dogs away with us and they are raw fed (various minced meats with the odd uncooked bone).
The food comes in smallish bags which are kept in the freezer (see where I'm going yet?)
We can get 6 days of food in the freezer compartment of the fridge but if we're away longer, I need a cool box that will work effectively.
I have a smallish 12v powered one but I'm after a better insulated non powered one that the food will be able to be kept in for 5 days or so.

Any suggestions (polite ones only please - the woofers are sensitive).

Our dogs are raw fed too. I was just going to feed them from the local supermarkets with human grade meat. Saves the aggro of trying to keep their food frozen, defrosting etc.

In our camping days we used to use an igloo cool box. Says that it keeps ice frozen for 5 days, but i assume that is not opening and closing it. We used it with frozen plastic milk bottles filled with water. It did last axlong time but not the cheapest but very good.
