Cool way to separate an egg yoke

    As my wife just pointed out……..he saves 37 seconds over 5 eggs……………..

    and spends HOW long cleaning up afterwards?

    I like it but in real terms I think the old way is actually quicker if you only need a few yolks :Eek!:

    I forwarded this to a teacher friend who passed it on to the cookery teacher who then used it in class... went down a storm apparently!!
