Converting FLV to AVI or MPG (1 Viewer)

I would like to convert a FLV file to an AVI or MPG file do any of you know of any freeware that will do this

Quick Time Player Pro for Mac and PC converts all types of formats, not sure about the free version ~:

Hi

I use VLC player, its free to download and use. There are also loads of extras with it.
Google VLC Player
VLC converts most formats, and if it dosent do FLV out of the box there will be a tutorial to do that at videohelp.com

It plays any file you put into it
