I need to replace two of my tyres 225/75R16 CP. They are as above.
I've been offered Vanco 2 as replacements. Fair swap or are there better out there for a Fiat Ducato 2.3 plated at 4005kg?
And the price difference between a company called Black Circles is hard to believe.
A saving of £94.00 on two tyres fitted at the same firm that quoted £320.
Is it a good deal?

MyTyres is also a cheap company. Circa £144 for your size. Never used or bought from either company, but just researching after a recent thread about carrying a spare.

I'm on our 6th motorhome in 12 years and never bought a tyre yet as I haven't kept them long enough to wear the tyres out.

Vanco will be standard "white van tyres" if you want a bit better grip you could go Continental fourseasons2 which are as the name suggest "four seasons" so much better in the snow and even muddy campsites, good load rating at 121.

I cant be sure but it looks like they have quoted you on the lower load rating which is 118/116R and on your motorhome they should be 121/120R.

The tyres on the van, fitted from day one are as above.
All I know about tyres could be written on the back of a postage stamp with a distemper brush!
If you consider them below requirements, I will of course bow to your expert knowledge

Hi Geoff the motorhome may be plated for 118/116R tyres but if you can source tyres of the same size with the 121/120R load rating it would be beneficial to you.but dont think im saying that they are below requirements because they may well not be.if you like pm me your no.and i will call you.
