    Lake district cold wet windy but very relaxing hardly anyone left on the site by last night.

    Hi Buckby, we were hoping to get up to the lakes to see the autumn colours.

    Once again work got in the way :Sad:....Maybe next year :thumb:

    Picture looks great....Wish i was there.

    Any sleet or snow yet ? we just had a drop this evening in Wakefield.

    We just got back from Keswick yesterday, weather was good and the C&CC site was very busy over the weekend.

    We are back now cc site at coniston only had about 5 of us on there it was so peaceful slept in every morning then got back in the afternoon as it was getting dark shut the blinds and put the heating on first time we have been away this late in the year I had to use my holiday days up before christmas

    That picture reminds me just why the lakes is my favorite place in uk
