Just read this:-
You may be aware that last summer the European Commission found truck manufacturers DAF, Daimler/ Mercedes, Iveco, MAN and Volvo/ Renault guilty of colluding in a price fixing cartel which increased vehicle prices by 3 – 8%, affecting consumers between the years 1997 and 2011.

To this day, we still do not know the full text of this resolution, nor the percentage you will be entitled to reclaim, but we can confirm that those affected will be able to demand compensation for how much they have overpaid for their truck.

Does not affect me but maybe others on here with one of the base chassis?

Why so, if their cartel price has held second hand prices high surely there will be room for a claim?

Thats whats happening with the claim against VAG and the dodgy ECU.
