We got back from out summer holiday last Sunday and the van is extremely dirty and the outside walls seem to have grubby finger prints all over. So this weekend I am looking to give it a good was and would like to polish it so can anyone advise me on best products to use.

Thanks
Gerry

Magic wash stuff

The "no water" Greased Lightning works for me, especially if you've washed it first. Let it dry and then let the magic begin!

It's a pity you are so far up north, ask Manda3000gt who have their own valeting company, he will suggest best products to use, or if you going anywhere near Doncaster I am sure he will book you in:thumb:

I use Mer but it is quite hard work, managed to get one side of the van done. It does remove hedgerow scratches very well.

Ian,

Dave and Manda can be contacted on 07855 785292 or via e-mail at info@rsvaleting.com.

This is the info on the business card I got from Dave at Peterborough, and I believe his business premises are at Blyth, just outside Doncaster near the A1.

Silky.
A non abrasive paste available from caravan dealers etc.

Leaves a nice finish also.:thumb:
