I had an email from the people that sell the cobb units.. I need some more of the coconut bricks... heavy items and postage is hell... I sent them an email and they have replied they are coming to Peterborough.. so I will be able to get some more for the remainder of the year.. last time I saw them was at Malvern, but they say they are not there this year. They tend to do a lot of different events.
I can get the cobb coconut blocks from Lakeland.. but they tend to be expensive...
Told SWMBO .. and her reply was hope they have not got any new accessories... I think I have them all now.. but who knows.
The cobb for those that do not know is a cool to handle table top cooker that can bake bread, fry up, wok, griddle etc., and even has a smoker if you need it and a gilly to boil water with before or after you cook.. the cobb stones last about 2 hours.. when cold they just tip in to a bag.. and as the unit is cool to touch you can move it off the table with no risk to grass fires.
