The keyboard on my Chinese satnav does not appear to have the facility of switching between upper and lower case letters. Does anyone know if there is some way of sorting this ?

Usually there is a small upward pointing arrow icon on the keyboard ( just like a computer or mobile phone ) but this is not present on mine .....

I have to say that for the money, I am very pleased with my new purchase - it's just a little challenging getting my head around an unfamiliar system !

Must confess it has not presented me with a problem. I just use it as a satnav at which it has never let me down. :)

Mine has a bar at the bottom which shows 'aA' this changes the keyboards case.

I don't know if it is the same as your one, but our one is an 'Xgody 718' and the uc/lc button is on the bottom right of the keyboard

I had a query on mine. I googled their name (mine is xgody) and went to their home page where there was the facility to Facebook message them.24 hrs later I had a PDF of the full operating instructions, an answer to my query and a new best friend in China. Can't fault them, unbelievably better most UK businesses.

Thanks for all your replies, none of which sadly help me out. It's no big deal, just an annoying when I save locations to my Favourites as Caps = Shouting !!!
