Chichester to Southampton Stopover (2 Viewers)

Hi all just seeing if anybody knows of any good pub stopovers or good beach parking . I am travelling from Chichester tomorrow and heading towards Southampton. if anyone knows any good stops would be most appreciated.

West beach car park on Hayling Island Motorhomes can overnight for £5. Just past Southampton a couple of pubs in the New Forest.
