Wilko Cutlery!!!
What a load of rubbish!
Purchased cutlery set after reading this article in Camping & Caravaning magazine as needed new set for MH.
Honestly, literally bent on cutting a tomatoe!!
We paid £15 not £1.70 in advert but returned them and got our money back.
Our plates are Corelli ( but one of them chipped) but their lightweight and good so any recommendations on descent cutlery for van please

As with Robert. Proper plates glasses cutlery. Cutlery weighs next to nothing anyway, just take a bit less if bothered. We take six of each cause that's how it came. There are only two of us.

Not long enough!
Cheap sets at tesco of any of the big supermarkets. Try not to have glasses in case one smashes on the floor, and wouldn't want my dog to cut her paws

You could try using chop sticks as they are very light, and you would not need a spoon. OK,so you would have to cut up all the food before eating, but you would need only one knife.
Or....you could use a blender to mash up all the nice food and then turn it into a wholesome soup, thus needing just a spoon. But of course the blender may be a bit weighty.......so maybe you could borrow somebody else's.;)

Ever since lighting was by Calor gas.
If only I had a pound for every message board post complaining about the quality of every manner of cheap products, from pattern vehicle parts to battery driven pepper mills to insurance and breakdown cover.
I doubt that many magazines actually use the products that they review and recommend. Usually there's some financial benefit to the magazine, either through an advert or the gift of items for the magazine to offer as prizes in a ridiculously easy 'competition', which is a grand way for magazines to harvest entrants' contact details for their mailing lists, in the same way that they harvest marketing data from 'Loyalty Card' use.

Honestly, literally bent on cutting a tomatoe!!
If it bends again it will probably snap making it even more light weight:LOL:

We have done the same in the past where the cheap crap has snapped or a prong left in the meat etc.

Better off just to use stainless steel cutlery.
