We purchased a 2008 model last November. On two apparently random occasions we have not been able to turn on the internal electrics. The control panel won't switch on. We know that the leisure battery was fully charged and the electrics worked fine between these incidents. We would appreciate any thoughts or advice from seasoned owners. Is there anyone who knows about Chausson electrics in Surrey or SW London? We are planning our first major trip soon and need to know what the problem is. Thank you.

Not same vehicle but On my mains rcd there is a push button to test the trip ( blue) but once tripped it will not reset until the lower button (black ) is pressed which allows the trip to reset. Yours might be similar.
