Hi. I would like to register for the above and will buy 10 tickets, i.e. £440. Would anyone want to share this account, either 50/50 or 60/40 (although open to any other combination)? I will be purchasing in the next few days and it is valid for 12 months.

You do realise that all trips have to be made within 12 months of purchase, don't you? Unfortunately we can't commit to travel for next year so can't help with a share of tickets.

Thank you, I had seen that, yes, which is why I want fewer, i.e. only a shared portion.

Do you know where as the website purchase page says a minimum or 10 tickets?

Can I ask someone to help with my understanding of the frequent traveller deal, I can't find the answer on the EuroTunnel Website?

  • minimum of 10 single tickets
  • valid for a year from date of purchase
  • can be shared with one other person
  • if shared, both parties are registered at the point of opening the account
  • registered parties cannot be changed, however multiple accounts can be opened
  • both parties credit/debit cards need registering when opening account
  • crossings are £45 each (minimum of £450 to open account)
Now the bits I am not sure about:
  • do you have to nominate dates for crossings when buying the 10 tickets or are you buying credits?
  • can the upgrade to MH tickets be done at anytime or done at the outset?
  • from the above post I assume upgrading ticket from car to MH costs £11 per crossing?
  • after 12 months, is it a minimum of 6 or 10 tickets to top up the account?

Yes you right on the main part of questions.

Not sure about!
No you do not need to give date when first buying.
When you book your dates, you book as a "campervan" then you will be asked for the £22 per return.
Each deal is a minimum of 10 crossings

Don't for get the deal is for 12 months from the day you pay. I would suggest you leave it about 3 - 4 weeks before your first trip to buy. You can alter any trip without extra charge up to 24 hours before you travel.
I take it you are in Cornwall, Not quite sure of the times but we always use the train from about 4.00 pm 12 midnight and on return catch the train from about 7.30 am - 12 noon on the way home. we always stay at the Citi du Europe going out and returning CDE is very safe.
