Since purchasing our Burstner 748 the central locking has never operated and to be honest, it's never really bothered me.

I've placed ne batteries in the key and when I depress the button the LED on the key flashes, but that's about it.

The cab is a FIAT Ducato.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

What central locking isn't working? Cab doors, habitation door or both?

Just the cab doors. No central locking on the habitation door.

does the manual central locking button on the dashboard work? may just be a coding issue and the fob needs pairing to the central locking ecu

We have a Burstner Elegance on a Fiat Ducatto base and although we have a key fob for central locking and the button for central locking on the dash there is no central locking on this van - yours may be the same.
