Hi all. Thought I might stop overnight here on the way to Devon to break the journey - has anyone stayed overnight? Can you tell me what it's like overnight - safe, etc? Stopped many times here in the car just for ten minutes, not hung around for any length of time though.

You will be fine, haven't been in there for a few years but it used to get full of lorriesquite early, when I was tramping fifteen years ago, it was known for dogging, probably not now though

I use it quite often to break a journey right back to when it was a tea hut .the quietest place is right down the end on the left .it gets a bit noisy from A303 traffic further on round lorries overnight there ,no barriers toilets open 24/7 .
Much bigger cafe now a bit pricey.
Never had a problem there .
