any body used this company? just interested if anybody has had a similar experience, see below:
i purchased a mixer valve (not cheap), which was not serviceable. after a phone call and sending pictures of the faults i was asked to post it back. later that week i received an email where they promised to refund that day. This i did not receive and i am currently chasing.:Sad:
