What a refreshing change after having our van stolen last week they have been amazing and have already agreed to pay us what we paid for the van in feb. Just the contents and extras to sort out now.I must admit i was expecting the usual offer at dealer price so a fair bit less than we paid.

We are with C/G and thankfully not had to use their claims system but always had prompt and professional contact from them. Good to hear that continues once a claim is submitted.

Recieved an email from them this morning and the money is in the bank,thats what you call good customer service stolen last wednesday and paid out by the following friday.
