Cannot log onto the chat room, wont let us access after clicking log on (1 Viewer)

We type username and password, if you get the pw right it does nothing if you put the wrong pw it trys to log on and hten says "wrong pw"

Why do you think this is happeneing?

Unfortunately the Chat can only be accessed by Link Removed, this is why your password is not being recognised. I wil try to make this a little more obvious. Thanks
